When customers face difficulties, it is ethically and morally wrong for the bank to increase their burden by charging additional interest, late payment fees, legal fees etc.

Taking a confrantational stance such as instituting court action would not be in the interest of the bank as it would stop all further negotiations and will ultimately be fruitless as I no longer have any assets to my name.

I now propose the following

1. The bank stop/withdraw any court action
2. The bank waives all legal and penalty fees starting from 1 Jan 2009
3. The bank stop all interest and other charges to my account
4. I will pay RM100 installment per month until full settlement

This offer is only valid for 14 days.
If you agree to this proposal, please send me an Undertaking Letter agreeing to the terms above within 14 days of this letter.
