11 救命!我的银行帐户被冻结

不要笑，它可以发生在你身上.

你确定你储蓄/来往户口真的被冻结或者它只是从您的户口中提钱来支付一些债务如你与同一家银行的信用卡.
问您当地的银行工作人员，为什么您的户口被冻结.
通常，银行不得冻结您的帐户.除非你破产或有一个庭令命令该户口被冻结.但一些本地银行（我不会在这里提到）是臭名昭著为脆弱的原因冻结人的户口,如你已经被列入黑名单或另一家银行要求他们冻结你的账户.银行这样做的是违法的!不要让他们欺压你.写这封信，并交给银行职员.让他们签收你的副本. 以及传真至银行的公共事务部(Public Affairs Dept).

Dear Sirs,

RE: Show Cause Against ABC Bank Bhd, Unlawful freezing of Account No.XXXX

On DD/MM/YYYY I attempted to make a withdrawal on my said account using my ATM card but was asked by the ATM to contact bank personnel.
Sometime between June-Aug 2009, I met with Puan XXX of ABC bank XXX branch and she informed that my account had been "frozen", giving unacceptable reasons.

FURTHER to the above. I hereby demand that you SHOW CAUSE as to the following within 7 days of this letter:=
a. the grounds and evidence that the said Bank Account had been "frozen"
b. the evidence of the Court Order "Freezing" the said Bank Account (if any)

Kindly Take Notice that the account holder has a legitimate right and expectation to know what has happened to his/her monies banked into the said account.
Take Further Notice that your unlawful and illegal actions has caused and is continuing to cause unnecessary hardship and damages to the account holder.

If I do not receive an acceptable answer within the stipulated time, I will have no choice but to institute legal action with great costs against you without further references to you.
